99.5% uptime

We check your site every 5 minutes from outside our network. If we miss 99.5% in a month, you get a credit on that month's fee.

Eight inspections on every release

A new page or one fixed typo gets the same eight security inspections. If one fails, the change does not ship. Each release is digitally sealed, so a changed copy cannot start.

Monthly security rebuild

Every month we rebuild your site on current patches, inspect it again, and send you the report.

No third-party scripts

Your site loads nothing from any other company. No outside trackers, analytics, fonts, or scripts.

Backups and certificates

Daily backups, kept for 30 days. We renew TLS certificates before they expire and enforce HTTPS.

Accessibility

Every site is built to align with Section 508. Reported accessibility defects in our work are fixed within 10 business days at no charge.

A build requires a Managed Secure Web Presence plan. Every plan has a 12-month minimum term and a 3% annual price adjustment. Monthly plans are billed monthly or prepaid for the year. Add-ons and full terms are in our Website Services SLA.

Support

Written response times.

If your site is down, you hear from us within 4 hours, day or night. Everything else runs on business hours, Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern.
