CyMyCloud Workspace
Your team's CUI work, in one browser tab.
CyMyCloud gives every employee a secure workspace for email, files, documents, chat, and video calls. They sign in from a web browser. The CUI stays on servers we run and secure, not on their laptops.
That keeps your laptops out of most of your compliance scope.

What's inside
Six tools behind one sign-in.

A company mailbox at your own domain, in the browser. Sign or encrypt messages with your company's own S/MIME certificate.

Files
Share files with your team or a subcontractor. A file that mentions CUI or Controlled Unclassified Information is tagged CUI automatically. Every upload is scanned for malware.

Documents
Word, Excel, and PowerPoint files open and edit in the browser. Two people can work on the same file at once.

Chat and video
Team chat and video meetings, inside the same secure boundary as your files.

Calendar and contacts
Shared company calendars and address books.

One sign-in
One login for every tool, protected by multi-factor authentication.
How it works
A day in the workspace
- A contracting officer emails you a document marked CUI. It lands in your CyMyCloud mailbox.
- You save it to Files. The workspace reads the CUI marking and tags the file CUI on its own.
- You open it in the browser and add your comments. Nothing is saved to your laptop.
- You share it with your subcontractor through a link that expires on Friday.
- Your teammate joins a video call to walk through the changes. The file, the call, and the chat all stay inside CyMyCloud.

Through all five steps, the file never left CyMyCloud. Your laptop only displayed it in the browser. So the laptop stays out of most of your compliance scope.
